Not every problem needs a full build. Sometimes there’s one thing that’s been sitting on your list long enough, and you just need someone to handle it. A la carte options are for the businesses that are mostly running well but have a gap or two that need filing: a process that doesn’t exist yet, a tool stack that stopped making sense, a quarter that needs a real plan. Each offering is scoped, focused, and delivered without the overhead of a larger engagement. Pick the piece that’s missing and we’ll take it from there.

How do I know which option is right for me? If you can name the problem, we can match it to an option. If you’re not sure, a First look is the better place to begin; it’ll tell you exactly what’s missing and where.
Can I combine multiple a la carte options? Yes. A few clients find that two or three offerings together cover what they need without committing to a full build. We can talk through what makes the most sense.
What if I start with a la carte and realize I need more? That’s a common path. Any a la carte work done can carry into a larger engagement.
How long does each option take? Depends on the scope, but most are delivered within a week. Timelines are confirmed before we begin so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum commitment? No minimums. You get what you came for and nothing you didn’t ask for.
What if I don’t know what I need but I know something’s off? That’s what the First look is for. The a la carte menu works best when the problem is already named. If it isn’t, we find it first.
