Launch package — What’s included

For the business you’ve been thinking about long enough

Full send is for the ones who want to open the doors already organized. Built on everything in the The build-out, this is the full kit and kaboodle; every process documented, every role defined, every moving piece accounted for before day one. You’ll have 20+ SOPs across multiple categories, a complete team onboarding kit, and a launch campaign timeline built out and ready to execute. Nothing improvised, nothing left to figure out later. For new businesses launching from scratch who want to hit the ground running. Includes a 30-day check-in call.

What this might look like: A brick-and-mortar vintage store opens with inventory already piling up, no pricing workflow, no clear line to the owner, and staffing set by vibes. Full send means nothing left to figure out later: a tagging system for pricing status, a standing window for owner sign-off, a staffing schedule built off real foot-traffic data, and a shared sold-item log so payouts are a quick lookup instead of a guessing game-- all documented and ready before day one, plus a 30-day check-in to make sure everything stays holding.

This option is best  for those asking the following questions:

I’m not open yet. Is it too early for this? It’s exactly the right time. Building the foundation before you launch means you never have to rebuild later.

What’s an SOP and do I actually need 20 of them? A standard operating procedure is just a documented way of doing something consistently. And yes, because your business will have more moving parts than you think, and your future self will thank you.

I’m launching solo. Do I really need a team onboarding kit? You might not have a team yet. But when you do, you’ll already have everything in place. Hiring becomes infinitely easier when the role already exists on paper.

What ‘categories’? I cover operations, client experience, marketing, team, and tools. Multiple corners of the business, documented and organized before the doors open.

What if my launch plans change? They will. That’s normal. The systems are built to flex, and the 30-day check-in exists specifically for this, to recalibrate once you’ve had real contact with the real world.

How is this different from just hiring someone to help me launch? Most launch help is event-based; get it open, walk away. This is infrastrucutre. When the launch is over, the foundation stays.
